“This was a great stopover on our way to friends. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. Bonus-I got to see my first manatee in the water right off the dock. I just wish the weather would have been warmer...Would stay here again. ”

Truly a nice departure from the muffin, orange juice & coffee deemed……

Besides him everyone else said hi and good morning before any other sentence. I would stay again property is very clean rooms are cozy and its very quiet. Plus there is a shopping plaza right next to it that pretty much has everything! And across the street there is two gas stations. The water park is a walking distance from……

“Roger greeted us upon arrival and was such a joy. He made it feel like we were family. The room is exquisite in architecture and with a balcony and private bath, it is perfect to sit and look out at the museum and people walking. It is a half mile walk into the heart of town which is perfect to experience Brooksville. Breakfast in the morning. We will definitely be staying again and recommending it to our friends. ”

“The owner of the property met us as soon as we pulled up to show us a better parking spot, introduce us to his adorable well behaved dogs " Blue was my favorite" and to get us familiar with what the property had to offer. Beautiful little ranch. With two beautiful horses. Our cottage was very quaint and spotless with Roku TV and Netflix which was nice. There was also other nice touches like in room coffee, water, mini muffins and yogurt in the mini fridge. I will definitely plan a future……
