“Destiny from the front desk is amazing! Only complaint is the amount of fragrance that hits you when you walk in and the rooms are not quite at all. You can hear stopping all night from the floor above. Beds are comfy.”

“We had a walk out room with a beach view which was beautiful. Jamie who helped us with the kayaks was very nice and informative. Outdoor pools were nice, bummer the hot tub was not working. Downfall to the property, not enough beach chairs to accommodate guest and day pass visitors. ”

“My stay started off poorly with blood on the sheets, and I had to ask staff three times before someone came to change them. There was also no hot water, and the shower had extremely low pressure, making it difficult to shower properly. Overall, I was very disappointed with both the condition and the location of this hotel. Along with, no postive engery from anyone at the bars or restaurants.”

“this past week was our second time staying at Zota. First trip last year was ok but this trip, not so much. The staff here wasn't very pleasant and the hose keepers missed cleaning our room 3 days out of the 7 we stayed there. coffee runs out in the morning and 4 days I notified the staff asking to bring more. idk I feel like resort staff should keep an eye on stuff like coffee in the morning?? decent bang for your buck if your looking to get out on the island but don't except too much from……

“This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.”

“Great sunset sea view as promised. Rooms are only efficiencies, with no catering in the hotel. Bathroom with shower tiny. Parking is a lottery, but reception staff worked hard to overcome that. As such, it is overpriced. Room quiet. Location excellent, great sunset vibe on the beach. The best part of St Petes Beach.”
