"As advertised! Clean and comfortable, located on a quiet street and easily walkable to downtown Carbondale. Basic supplies were provided and the host reached out numerous times to ask if restocking was necessary. Excellent communication! Would definitely stay here again. "

"Overall, the place was great! It was very well taken care of, clean, comfortable, steam shower was a really nice touch, check in was easy, nice walk to downtown. The support of the property management was easy to get in touch with for some small issues. Easy drive to Aspen. Only downside was noise. The house is divided into multiple units, and we could hear the people downstairs; they weren't overly loud (no screaming/yelling) but we could easily conversations and laughing late into the night (we have a baby so I'm sure they could hear crying unfortunately). There is a rooster in the yard that crows early in the morning. We would stay again as we really enjoyed the space. "

"Great location. Well stocked kitchen. Was able to cook and serve Thanksgiving meal for our family of three. As a VRBO host as well. Here are a few suggestions. Would suggest restocking of silverware (short number) and additional towels for both kitchen and bath are a must since there is no washer and dryer for a long stay if 7 days. Thanks. "

"The entrance to this apt is sketchy and dark as you enter through a dark cluttered garage. Then poorly lit landing to the basement as you grope for light switches and dogs are barking. This photo is very very deceiving. Exposure must have been modified to high to make the room look bright. The room is very dark, the sofa is dark green, half of the ceiling is very low and there are no rugs on the dark cement floor. However the bathroom looks newly remodeled and is comfortable. The bed is small standard size on a queen size bed frame which extends beyond the mattress. I hit my shin on the bed frame several times. There is a big gap between the mattress and the head board so we stuffed pillows in the gap. It is a few blocks to downtown but the walk included a couple sketchy blocks. Did not see the shared patio?? On the positive side, it was very clean."
