“We stayed for a week in the regular rooms and tbh they weren’t so bad, they were at least clean. Then we moved into the “suites” extended stay rooms. They were terrible. Stains all over the walls, ceiling, lamps, etc. there was two car air fresheners tied to the AC unit, which was CAKED in mold, I’m talking caked. I bought bleach spray and sprayed it inside and out for a couple of days. The first day there about 5K flies in the rooms, and as I started to see, when the cleaners “cleaned” they……

“The room was old and the sink was broken the toilet tissues was used 3 pillows on a king bed door was broken . Look like it got bust open . Smh the room was way inthe back and it wasn't a good stay staff threw the coffe cream i asked for. Horrible. Rude and on his phone the whole time. It was supposed to be a smoke free room. It was the room frm hell . ”

“To begin, we booked a stay at the Comfort Inn and the hotel changed to Spark by Hilton and we were never informed. Room did not have glasses, coffee maker, ice bucket. Literally a bed and towels. Luckily we didn't plan on doing laundry as laundry was out of order. In general, the hotel is subpar and that was not the review the Comfort Inn had received when we booked it.”
