「We had reserved two handicapped rooms with roll in showers. They had overbooked the amenities so only one room had the shower. It took us 20 minutes to check in because the gentleman was on the phone with a customer who was going week by week for rentals. Our room, 418, did not have a blackout curtain. 「Easy access. Strange odor in the common area and slightly into the rooms. Only (3) towels provided for a room that sleeps (4). No towel/rug for the bathroom floor provided which creates a slippery situation - especially with kids! Bugs found in the pull out bed.」
