“Wir haben diese Unterkunft gebucht und vorab bezahlt. Das gebuchte Haus haben wir aber nie betreten können, da der Gastgeber es ganz offensichtlich an andere Personen, mit denen wir auch gesprochen haben (eine Familie aus Holland) vermietet hat. Wir erhielten eine Notunterkunft mitten in Venedig, die für 8 Personen aber gar keine tragbare Option war. Dort fanden wir nur 1 Bad statt 2 vor, wurden kontinuierlich per WhatsApp vom Gastgeber „hingehalten“ mit verschiedenen Taktiken. Nach außen hin,……

“This place was a horrible experience. The night before we arrived the owner messaged us saying that something went wrong at the property and switched where we were going to stay. When we arrived at the new location the sheets had TONS of stains all over them that were disgusting. We messaged the owner to ask for a refund seeing that the new location wasn’t what we paid for and it was disgusting upon arrival and they were no help to us only telling us that “the sheets were professionally……

“This property was absolutely amazing!!! Our favorite stay on our 10 day trip in Italy. Valentina was an amazing host. She helped arrange our water taxi arrival/departure. We also got a walk through tour of the house and some wine and prosecco to boot! The views from the terrace were spectacular and the location was very convenient. Also the A.C. was very cold, which was important if visiting in summer months. I would recommend this for any group looking to have a magical stay in Venice. 10 out……
