「The location is great. Walking distance to vaporetto and major areas, lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The apartment itself, in terms of rooms/furniture, was comfortable, and it has great potential. Unfortunately, we did have a few issues in terms of cleanliness, AC equipment, and communication prior to check-in for which we provided private feedback for improvement. 「This place has been "partially" remodeled. The kitchen is very old and the sink was clogged before we used it. No shower gel, shampoo and soap bar available, even we asked for them. We ended up to a local store to buy them. The pictures look better than the real situation. A storage space under the stairs was filled with smelly wet towls and cleaning stuff. 「Easy instructions to check in and place was just as advertised. Yes the ceiling was low for the second bedroom, but it didn't bother the guests with us. Extra pillows would be a nice option to add to the property, we all had to use blankets to prop up the pillow in order for us to sleep, otherwise it was too flat to be comfortable.
