“The room is big and the windows view is perfect. The facilities are quite new, but not in a very good quality. On the roof, there is construction going on that cause the noise is the worst part. But the overall experience is still good.”

“We filtered Expedia for "All-Inclusive," but the hotel listed All-Inclusive and "Free Breakfast" rooms at the same price. We thought it was included, but arrived to a surprise fee of $140/person/night. The front desk said we were the 5th group that day with this Expedia issue. Expedia support spent 2 hours on the phone only to say they couldn't help. Even after paying, you must write your room number and sign a check for every single drink and food item, ruining the carefree vibe. Most staff had……
