“We really enjoyed our stay at Case Nucci. Riccardo is friendly, helpful and a great host. The location is perfect to visit Perugia, Assisi and other fabulous hill towns. The mattresses and bed linens were outstanding. Per government regulations (Ukraine war) there wasn’t any heat during our stay so the evenings were chilly. “We were fortunate to stay for a month at this wonderful property. We have rented over 25 VRBO homes and this was by far our favorite! The owners have thought of everything…every amenity including condiments,a full set of cooking pans,cleaning supplies,a wash machine,and even morning breakfast treats. He checked on us regularly, responded promptly to questions. Apartment has nice features which he updates. He recommends “gold club” businesses with proven quality and provide guest discounts.
