"Cute place. It’s half of a duplex. Furnishings are nice. Bath is small but nice. No counter space tho. Bathroom door is a barn door style…little privacy. Kitchen has everything you need but there are no cabinets…just shelves. Dishes and glasses were in a basket. Not what you might expect. Keurig coffee maker…brought my own pods luckily TV and WiFi work great. Didn’t use the hot tub…its placement just outside of the entryway is odd, but makes a little more sense when you see it. "This property is beautiful and a perfect place to relax in the country. It is close enough to many amenities in Floyd and Christiansburg but far enough away that it is quiet. My beagle loved the large yard and the horses nearby. The owner is responsive and kind which makes it an even better experience. Highly recommend! "

"We had a great stay for the weekend. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. We appreciated the little touches and extra amenities like ear plugs by all the beds and the stocked up coffee bar. If we are ever in town for another show in nearby Roanoke again, we would love to return for another stay!"

"Lovely little cottage with a variety of goats, chickens, turkeys, and peacocks. Kim offered two bags of feed to hand out to the animals. Wifey and daughter loved it. Kim and husband were very responsive to our communications. We didn’t take in much of the area, we traveled for business. Nice mall and restaurants within driving distance, Roanoke about 15-20 minutes away. Overall it was a nice, cozy stay."
