"The property location was great. The property was nice and generally clean, but the grill on a side porch was filthy. I attempted to contact the rental company at about 4:45 pm on 18 June, shortly after arriving. I left a voice message. The rental office hours were listed at 9am-5pm, but I did not receive a call back on the 18th. The 19th was a holiday. I did not receive a call back on Friday, 20 June. "The property was beautiful with a great pool and dock. All ages (84 yrs to 7 months old) enjoyed hanging out by the pool. Playing pool, or sitting out on the covered deck playing games and music. Location was convenient to restaurants and grocery store."

"This rental is managed by Vacassa and they are a massive hassle to deal with. Check-in process required multiple calls to support to get a person who cared to solve the issue.There was a minor storm that knocked out power heat and water while I was there, it was well below freezing at night. It took two nights to get permission to use the fireplace and I had to buy my own wood. They never offered to drop off or even reimburse for firewood or water to drink/ flush/ wash with.I left early and got...

"We absolutely loved staying here at this cabin! It was the perfect break from the chaos of the world lately. The owners did state they are building a bigger bunk house on their property so I plan to return with more of my family. We are very thankful for this retreat in the woods. Also, this is a bit random- but I loved the bathhouse. It was beautiful and very clean!"
