"Our room was very clean and basically appointed. Beds were bouncy and pillows fluffy. I grew up in town and remember the property as a fact lucary spot at the golf course. The grounds feel run down and a little sad- pot holes and un-repaired restroom sink and dirty looking carpets in the clubhouse. The swimming pool is lovely and again -old and in need of some maintenance. Breakfast pastry was 3 type of scones. We travel with our ESA- Goldendoodle who was allowed as by law. The Gal at the front desk was charging and professional. I The people "

"We enjoyed our stay at the treehouse. My Father lives nearby and spent most of the time away. We mostly slept, bathed, and coffee in the morning. Upon arrival we had a nice handwritten card and some chocolates from the owners which was a nice touch and appreciated. I appreciated the parking convenience and the quiet environment. The unit has ample windows that we opened each night to cool the place down. Summer nights often drop to mid 50s so this works pretty quick- especially with the fans that are supplied. The kitchen looked well stocked with utensils. It would be good if you want to cook a family meal. My only negative comment relates to the coffee maker that didn’t work well- it made weak/semi-hot coffee. This was a keurig single-serve unit so we all reset the reusable pod thing to make four cups of coffee. You need to engage the top latch a couple times for it to blink to start the process. The first morning was rough but we got used to it on 2nd day. I would recommend a conventional drip unit that makes more with less fuss."

"Lovely location near Felton and Ben Lomond. Clean rental and kitchen well stocked with all you need to cook. Market is close by along with restaurants. Neighborhood was pleasant and felt peaceful and loved to hear all the birds in the morning! Nearby river in state park provides river water play for kids. We all loved this rental. We’ll be back! Really appreciated having laundry on site as well. Communication was great with host."
