「The room smelled of smoke, cigarette burns on the comforter and on the bathtub. The sheets and pillowcases had stains. There was a big grap at the bottom of the wall and door. The air conditioner was full dust and there was black stuff around the door. The room was filthy and not worth $95 maybe $15 and that's being generous. I had sleep in my clothes, jacket and shoes. 「wouldn't recommend for a single female solo traveler... felt like a pretty sketchy neighbourhood. the doors open right onto the street and there's only one small lock to make you feel safe. smoky/mold smell in room. didn't sleep well. killed a big spider lol. A/C works well. parking was fine. great location close to downtown Memphis, which was why I chose this. next time i would go with something a little safer.」
