The room is elegant, upgraded, clean and comfortable! And yes, the air-conditioning worked perfectly. The staff was top tier. I would highly recommend this hotel!”

“The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.”

“Bue on street is VERY loud all night. And when I say all night. We were being blasted out of our room well past 3am. Non-stop extremely loud boom box type music. The hotel gives you earplugs… you will need them.”
