Hotel St. Marie reminds you of a boutique hotel. Loved that the property had a pool, a bar & dining accommodations for all meals! The staff was friendly & very accommodating!! Close proximity to Bourbon St area & easy to walk everywhere; no need for a rental car! The only negative was that some bulbs in our room were out & a lamp was broken but not enough to nit rate an excellent property!

The property is cute and well maintained. We loved the patios. Keep in mind this location is close to Bourbon so it was loud well into 3AM. Also, we booked for three guests and were charged a $20 fee per night for an “extra” guest. The property still hasn’t responded.

You cannot beat this location. The staff at the hotel and restaurant are exceptionally helpful and friendly. We were delighted with the Vacherie next door - the food was very good - some of the best we had the whole trip. The room was clean and beds were comfy. The bathroom was a tight squeeze, but we made it work. We would stay again the next time we visit! Highly recommend!

This is a charming hotel in a great location with a wonderfully helpful and friendly staff. The only concern I had was that in the common areas there were places that needed to be repainted (e.g. interior of elevator). Regardless, I would stay there again.

We loved the location, hotel, and the staff. The elevator had some issues, as did the coffee maker for some other folks. The service elevator was made available, and the other issue was also promptly addressed. Very clean, staff was super friendly, and we felt very safe, even being so close to Bourbon street.

We arrived late so the doors were locked but staff was very attentive and let us in and opened the gate/directed us on how to park our car for our stay. Kendra at the front desk was so friendly and helpful, giving us a list of local recommendations for dining. The hotel itself is gorgeous and has a lovely courtyard with tables and a pool, a restaurant and bar, and is in a great location for touring the French Quarter. We'd definitely stay here again!

The property needs to be deep cleaned, floors, walls, repainted, wallpaper glued back to the wall. My employees rooms had not been cleaned. There was feces dried to toliet, dirty towels, toliet and faucet broken. They did sent someone up and we had no where else to go as we had scheduled plans we could not break. We went down to the bar, all 9 of us to grab drinks and was going to eat in their restaurant. We were all treated rudely by the female bartender. She was holding food and noticed so we moved out of the way so she could get through. She said... well f*** Let's all just stand their. We all left and went somewhere else. With Management or the owners intervention. This property has hige potential to be a gold mine. Start by a deep cleaning and hiring people who enjoy working with people. Our Valet Men and Receptionists were absolutely wonderful.
