"The hotel was impressive, a historical establishment with a rich history. The staff exhibited exceptional professionalism and provided outstanding service during my entire stay. The telephone bar was a particularly enjoyable venue for a light meal and a beverage. The bartenders and staff there were excellent, and the adjacent restaurant, Buenos Díaz, offered both convenience and delicious cuisine. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay there again in the future."
