「Pros: close to city centre, wonderful staff, excellent breakfast. Cons: the room/bed was extremely uncomfortable. We both woke up with tons of back pain, it was like sleeping on a pull out couch. I woke up multiple times in the night as the room was also very hot. The room was very dated, although clean. If rooms get updated, I would recommend. Otherwise, I would not return.」

「Our stay at Albergo Cappello was excellent! We were there for just one night before boarding our cruise out of Ravenna. The room was nice, very cozy, and the personalized breakfast was wonderful. The staff took great care of us, even helping us change our shuttle to pick us up from the hotel instead of the nearby train station so we wouldn't have to lug our suitcases in the rain. I was very impressed with the hospitality. Did not have chance to try their wine bar but would in the future.」
