‘CAFFARELLA Apartment’ is located in the central district ‘Appio Latino’, near Rome’s historical center (3 stops by underground train). The metro station is only a short distance away (2 minutes on foot).
Already starting from a central location all the historic center is at hand. You can easily reach the Basilica of St. John Lateran (4 stops), Viale Manzoni (Coliseum area, 5 stops) and then Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore (Esquilino), Termini Station, Via Nazionale, Via Cavour, Via Veneto, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo (Villa Borghese), Via del Corso, Piazza San Pietro, the Vatican Museums.
The famous 'Appia Antica Archaeological Park' is within walking distance from the apartment. The Appia Antica park, major tourist destination, is very visited because of the presence of the Catacombs and the many archaeological finds, including the mausoleums of Cecilia Metella and the original road paving of Ancient Rome.
'CAFFARELLA Apartment’ is very cozy with every comfort catered for. In its 65 square meters it can sleep up to 5 people. There is an entrance hall, a kitchen, a large bedroom, a large living room, a bathroom with shower, a balcony overlooking the Appia Antica Park and a balcony overlooking the courtyard. In the bedroom, as well as the double bed, there is a third single sofa-bed. In the living room there is a sofa ( becomes a double bed).
The apartment is very well cared for in terms of furnishings and cleanliness which we consider very important. Electrical appliances include: oven, washing machine, hair dryer , Wi-Fi, TV. Air conditioning (in the bedroom and in the living room). Parquet floor.
Our neighborhood (Appio-Latino) is full of supermarkets. You will find all kinds of shops (bakeries, delicatessens, fishmongers, butchers, butchery, fruit shops, wine bars, rotisseries, ice cream parlors, bakeries, etc ..). Appio Latino district is full of restaurants, excellent trattorias and pizzerias. We will be glad to show you the best places.
The rental price includes all utilities (electricity, gas, heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi) and the final cleaning.
