「The hotel put the towels on the toilet and took no further action until I asked them give me two new towels.」

「Best hotel and great location! All our activities started in Piazza del Popolo, so we ended up walking every day, and the neighborhood was great to walk around with wonderful restaurants. They cleaned our room every day. Even though there is not a receptionist there, the hotel was super helpful and communicative. LOVED this hotel and would return there if we were in Rome!」

「5 star for location and cleanliness. Easy check in and out.」

「Very disappointed with my stay. Upon arrival, the host asked me to pay an additional 100 euros for city tax and service fee, even though those were included in my original payment. 「This was a wonderful hotel! We loved the staff」

「We were back at Casa Montani because it has all we need for a stay in Rome」

「the room was very tiny clean tho」

「Wonderful experience, great service. Will visit again」

「Great service, helpful team, location is very convenient to the Metro and city center」

「Simone and Angela were so kind and helpful. Nice quiet room, and very nice bathroom. Walking distance to most things you want to see in Roma.」

「Muy bueno el lugar. Limpio y con muchas ayudas.」

「Great place to stay, great location, great to have Air Conditioning, and very nice owners and helpful. You should communicate prior to arrival about expected time of arrival to the B&B so that they are ready to do contactless check-in over the phone.」
