「The private bathroom was so big and so was the rest of the space. The A/C worked great and the room was so comfortable with private amenities.

The apartament was dirty, had no soap, hair and nails on the couches, dirty dishes, water comes poorly out of the faucet, no batteries on the controls for the air conditioning, dirty floors... At check-in there was another couple and their room wasn't even made!. No help!! Bad response with no intention to help and...

「Nice boutique hotel. Spotless clean. 」
