Spacious 7-bedroom house with fitness room, WiFi in wonderful Barnstable

"This is a good choice that’s a bit more reasonable and more central to the Cape. Easily slept 11 with space to spare. The kitchen and open floor plan was great for gathering. Well appointed kitchen as well with plenty of cookware and other extras. -Beds were comfortable. -Bathrooms were nice with plenty of hot water. -Water pressure okay but that’s expected -Big backyard with nice deck and fire pit-Full second kitchen downstairs -Host was responsive when we couldn’t find the toaster (lol)-Dog friendly too although we didn’t bring our dogWe were a family of 11 in town for a wedding. Multiple families and generations all together and the house worked great. Much better than all staying in a hotel. In a quiet neighborhood good for some short walks. Plenty of stuff nearby like groceries, liqueur store, pizza, lobster, CVS, as well as nice hiking trails a short drive away. Highly recommend."

"Lovely, cozy home on a beautiful pond in Mashpee. Comfy beds, porch was great for breakfast, and my husband used the kayaks every day! The host was also very communicative from the moment we reserved the property. It’s was all very easy, just how a get-away weekend should be!"

"The home was very clean and comfortable. Basic set ups in the kitchen. Air conditioning was not as cool as we like, but fans in the bedrooms were fine. All in all a very nice place to stay."

"Another lovely stay on Bearse Rd! This is such a perfect location for a family vacation -- quick walk to the beach, lovely stroll to the marketplace for morning coffee or evening cocktails! The kitchen is well-stocked for any sort of cooking or grilling you could want to do and there are ample beach towels for the whole family -- both of which make packing a breeze. Hope to be back next year!"
