“Very dated inside the unit but otherwise clean and comfortable for most part. Could use updating for the $188 per night price tag. Owner friendly and a quiet stay. AC worked well.”

“Don’t stay here”

“I arrived at the property and was immediately disappointed. I didn't check -in. No elevator to the 2nd floor. I had several bags. The property looked run down. I was changing property due to a negative experience with another hotel. Sooooo disappointing because you cannot get a refund through Expedia. I will no longer use Expedia and other on-line booking outlets. Just cannot rely on the hotel ratings.”

“Pet-friendly and clean rooms”

“Pro: Front desk staffs and lifeguards are great. Cons: The room isn’t clean! We found a lollipop stick on top of the bed frame (it shows housekeeper isn’t carefully checking) and a tiny spider. Housekeeper took our used towels but didn’t replace new ones. Didn’t refill water bottles, didn’t refill bathroom essentials! We are kinda disappointed in the water park, not much to do except lazy river. There is only 1 pool, pretty small.”

“The property was clean and the woman who checked us in was fantastic. She was kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The free breakfast on the other hand was awful. Tried to eat it both mornings and couldn't. Eggs were clearly powdered and were flavorless. The potatoes were barely cooked and hard. Sausage was barely warm. Coffee was ok. With that in mind, I would still stay again knowing I was going out for breakfast every morning!”

“Hot tub outdated only had upper jets. Leak under kitchen sink. Coffee maker is a Keurig single serve. No carpet in the room was nice. Much cleaner that way. You must bring dirty towels to their laundry location and garbage to the dumpster in the parking lot when you leave or you will be charged $100 cleaning fee. No daily cleaning, no iron or ironing board. All can be requested. Door between the rooms was insufficient and we heard all the noise from the other room. Designated smoking area……

“The location was excellent! Convent to walk all over Main St and the harbor. The lighting needs to be upgraded in the sink are. It is not enoughignting to apply make up and do hair. Also there should be at least two chairs in the room, a small round table with two chairs.”

“This is just what this area of Cape Cod needs, updated lodging with flair. This remodel could be featured on rehab show it is so good. The rooms are unique, the pools are done nicely and the restaurant and seating area is stylish and plentiful. The only reason I gave it 4 stars as at the end of the day it’s still a motel and the parking lot is a big part of the property. I will definitely stay there again!”

“The shower had hair all over. The pool in pictures looks to be an indoor open pool but was empty and closed We checked out the next morning even after paying another night and found a different hotel.”

“Room was very nice, layout well thought out, clean, very comfortable, bright, and airy. Appeared to be newly renovated. Staff were friendly. The only negative was that the pool was not open yet. We would happily stay here again next year.”

“The room and property were very clean. The office has a great coffee machine and ice machine. The A/C worked very well. The shower was amazing! The shower pressure and temperature were really great! The staff was great too. The owners and staff were super accommodating and welcoming! I will definitely stay here again.”

“Facility overall was clean, but older rugs and hand rails could have been cleaner. Room was not cleaned on second day after do not disturb sign was removed shortly after breakfast. The Breakfast itself was reasonable, but there were items that ran out because crew could not easily keep up with the demand. Location is very good, did not use the pools but they appeared to be enjoyed by those who did.”

“Bathroom was small. Little space to put anything in. Old fashioned. Room smaller than others we stayed in. Ice buckets but no ice except from the manager. We have had better at red horse inn.”
