“Poor communication from property prior to stay
Communication before arrival was very poor. Requests sent through the messaging system were left completely unacknowledged and ignored by the hotel. If you have any urgent inquiries regarding your stay, be prepared for severe delays or no response at all through the system.”

“The host was absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for any more. Apartment was well equipped and considering being in the middle of all the bars and clubs was very well sound insulated. I would recommend to family’s that this is in the middle of a busy nightlife part of Liverpool so may not be suitable for young children. But workers/couples or friends it’s absolutely ideal for being in the centre. Thank you so much :)
