Our stay was very good, we were really happy to have two bedrooms to accommodate us and all the essentials. The only negatives were the ac/fan not working in the bathrooms and therefore there was alot of condensation and some mould in the shower tiling. Also the bedside units were dusty. Overall we had a good experience, Thank you.

There was no blind on the bedroom window so had to get up at 5am to make up the sofa bed as couldn’t sleep in the bedroom Rooms were very nice and comfortable

Property was easy to find and instruction were easy to follow. However, I would say that it wasn’t quite a nice as the photos showed and was quite tatty and worn so definitely needs a decorate. Also the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and not suitable at all to sleep in. Needs replacing! Bathrooms nice and clean and for the money it was good value. Thanks

The room was meant to be for 4. The pull out bed was absolutely knackered and no one could sleep on that so 2 of us staying ended up sleeping in the same bed - not what you want expect and have paid for!! Location and general cleanliness good and apart from the above toilet did not flush each time and you were supposed to press both flushes at the same time we were I formed on the day! This only worked intermittently too! Overpriced

Very central, 5 mins walk from bars and restaurants. 24 hour shop a few yards away. Hallways very dark - not good for men as I’m in partially sighted. No onsite staff - all remote, which was a bit of a pain on a couple of occasions. Furnishings not as comfortable as we had hoped. Keypad access to front door not helpful for partially sighted - need to ask for help with keypad so not very secure.

Room is great condition - spacious and big for everything we needed. Good location for shopping and easily accessible with lockboxes etc. In the room you can hear every single noise from outside in the corridor so not ideal if you want a good nights sleep as other guests are very rowdy - they assume because there is no staff on site they can be as loud as they want. Very noisy and difficult to fall asleep.
