「Beds are comfortable! Breakfast is really a joke.」

「As always, Holiday Inn Express near PDX is a most enjoyable venue to stay prior an early morning flight from the airport. It is tops in all the applicable categories in regard to cleanliness, comfort, etc.」

「The hotel is EXTREMELY not clean. There were bed bugs on our mattress and I got bitten badly. After we examined the mattress, we also noticed a huge stain at the end of the bed, couldn't tell if it's coffee or blood. The front desk assistant manager Sage was helpful in that she helped us get our payment back and moved us to the Hampton Court hotel next door after we reported the bed bug issue. But still--I have never lived in a hotel where there were bedbugs, even in motels that are $50 dollars...

「This hotel is amazing. In spite of Expedia screwing up what room I reserved, the staff was incredibly accommodating. HiLo gets 5 stars, Expedia gets 2. 」

「My family and I enjoyed the hotel. The kids said the pool was a bit chilly but still fun. The only complaint we had was that the food we got delivered from room service was not that good. We order fries and garlic bread. They both came lukewarm at best and a bit soggy like they had been sitting for a while. The staff was amazing and the room was nice as well. 」

「Stay 6 nights for biz trip. Friendly staffs for my late check-in & early check-out. Quiet location and several malls are nearby by the Car. Acceptable breakfast and clean room. However, easy to be wake up by the noise when neighboring guests closed their doors. To sum up, this hotel is still my first favorite for next stay.」

「We've been to the area many times and never have stayed at the Hyatt Place. In the past it was overpriced and we've stayed at the Residence Inn down the street many times. This time as we checked ahead of time the Hyatt was cheaper. We were pleasantly surprised about everything at this hotel and will stay here again and maybe even if its price is close to the Residence Inn. Very nice place all around. The breakfast bar was one of the best we've had!!!」
