「This property is great value for money. Could do with a little bit of deor makeover in living room , a bit dated (sorry).but this may put people off which is otherwise a great rental. Very comfortable beds, bedrooms were lovely and spacious and very clean. One bedroom at the top of the property has a great view of Latrigg and Skiddaw on your own private balcony with chairs and a table. Great for a coffee on a morning . 「We have had several visits to Appletree. It is a brilliant venue for family/group get togethers. It is very comfortable and very well equipped, always immaculate. The new garden chairs are extremely comfortable and the garden parasol was an essential for our wall to wall sunny week - incredibly, not a drop of rain all week! "The room was very clean and had just been renovated, making it feel much more comfortable. The front desk staff were not particularly friendly and could improve their customer service.
