"work out facilities marginal. Staff friendly. Buffet adequate but I wouldn't go there unless it was for convenience -which it definitely was on last day. Comfortable beds!"

"The hotel advertises a free airport shuttle, but they do not have one. I contacted them before arrival to arrange pickup, and they told me the shuttle does not exist. I had to pay for a taxi. When I asked the hotel to reimburse the taxi cost, they refused and told me to contact Expedia. This is misleading and caused unnecessary expense."

"Reserved a room with a king bed but got a room with a queen bed. Toilet in room needed a cleaning. Looked like it was missed when they did a between stay clean. Rusty and older bathroom. "

Met all of my needs as a solo traveller, but absolutely see where it would be fun and perfect for the entire family/group. Thank you so much for such a safe, happy, and enjoyable stay! Will absolutely recommend, and hope to enjoy again myself in the future!!"
