「The staff was very responsive and helpful. The TV functioned well and had many channel options. The pool was well maintained. We stayed for 2 nights - were supposed to receive housekeeping services but did not.」

「Staff was very friendly. Hotel was dated and needs repairs. Our screen door had the screen ripped so it was useless. Room had damp feel and odor. Water park definitely for younger kids. Rate for stay was definitely in line with quality of service and amenities. I definitely would not recommend it.」

「We bought our room almost 2 full months in advance to get one of the waterfront rooms; however, when we got there we got a room I had seen no previous pictures of on the listing, and was not waterfront. They said they were fully booked so it is what it is. They provided a shuttle to the ferry to get to Mackinac Island which was nice. Front desk manager offered lots of recommendations for food and activities. (Would NOT recommend Rusted Spoke, had a very disappointing experience there) No...
