「This place has so much potential, but sorry to say it falls short- very short! Our biggest problem with this rental was the overall lack of cleanliness and the misrepresentation of the unit. The pictures and the listed description absolutely do not truthfully represent the unit. It looked abandoned. Cobwebs everywhere, the outside cushions were all damp, moldy, and smelly. 「Always a great stay very clean and quiet」

「The apartment it self was nice and cozy until you see the roaches. My family and I left early because of it. The directions were not accurate and the ability to get into the apartment was difficult. While trying to find the correct building we saw that the breezeways of the buildings were littered and nasty. I rather deal with a hotel than this. 」

It is a garage apartment and as one of the previous reviewers said, there are 26 steps but if you eat like we do when visiting family or on vacation, you need to be climbing those 26 and maybe more. 「We stayed at Landing for 4 nights. It was our 1st time booking an apt. instead of a hotel room. We wanted more space for our 60-lb dog. The apt was clean, neat & cozy. The area was quiet. Customer service was great. I would recommend Landing for the reasons above. We drove from NY to NC (12-hr drive). 「We loved this studio and it's proximity to downtown. The air conditioning was wonderful on the warm weekend.」

I am definitely going to use this family again, and they were so kind to me. I checked in late, like 11pm late, and they stayed up just to make sure I was okay and got in safely. Pure class act.
