「Two different nights during my day of two weeks having power failure overnight had no power in my fridge, wind up, slamming my head on the freezer when having to move my stuff from one hotel room to another to a different fridge in freezer so I wouldn’t lose my food. This is after overnight no power in my fridge. I get the worst treatment by management no accommodation no compassion for me getting a head injury on their property and having no power in half of my suite, almost losing all my food...

「I stayed here from May 3rd til 9th 2026. Great location, Easy check in/out. Only bad thing is the turn down service. You need to schedule it a day in advance and when you tried to schedule it, the staff that your supposed to schedule with are rarely there. The week I was their, only seen them once and I didn't have a turn down service at all..only bad thing about this place.」

「Beautiful boutique style hotel right on the beach! Clean, spacious room with ocean view. Pool was cold and refreshing after a day in the heat. Staff were friendly and having an onsite restaurant was a bonus! We would definitely stay here again.」

「I booked this “resort” for the sheer amount of 5 star reviews it had and when I got there, I was severely disappointed by what I saw and received. The reviews mention that the staff is a 5/5 but when I first arrived they had guys standing around laughing and making slick comments about my transaction. 「ALMOST everything was excellent. The room was adorable; the Nespresso in the room was a fantastic addition. They gave us a complementary bottle of wine which was so welcoming. THE In room snack options for purchase were a good addition and there were drinks for purchase as far as beer, wine etc. they also gave two complimentary bottles of water. All of this was a nice touch. They put coffee out everyday at 9am and had bug spray/sun lotions to use if needed. There were also cookies in the lobby...
