"We booked this apartment while major works were being carried out at our family home and chose it specifically because it appeared to be in a quiet, professional area of Leam Spa.Unfortunately, our experience was very different from what we expected. On arrival, and again on subsequent evenings, groups of men were congregating in the courtyard area smoking what appeared to be cannabis. "Everything about our stay was excellent. The apartment is 3 flights up but a gentleman met us on arrival to carry our luggage up. We cannot thank Alain for her excellent service in making sure that our stay was good. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and was spotlessly clean. We were supplied with basic foods/drinks tea/coffee, milk etc. which was a nice touch. DVDs were supplied as well as Netflix. We enjoyed the apartment so much we hope to be back next year."

"Outside courtyard was not swept or clean. With rubbish in the corner which was a shame as couldn't sit out. Also work next door was very loud all day yesterdayUnfortunately we have a 4week old baby we couldn't settled yesterday due to banging from building works. "
