「On arrival we were warmly greeted. We were given a surprise upgrade to a beautiful suite of rooms, all decorated in the art deco style. All the staff here are genuinely helpful, curteous & approachable. We have been here several times, at different times of the year. We love being near the sea. The downside is the actual town itself, which has deteriorated over the past few years. This will not deter us from returning to this comfortable home from home hotel.」

「The communication from the hotel was excellent, and accessing the room later in the day via the key box was no problem at all. The location is great—just a short walk to the beach and shops. The room was clean, though definitely a bit tired. The carpets were grubby, and the wallpaper could use some attention. Still, for the price, it was perfectly adequate. It’s unclear whether rooms are let on a longer-term basis, but it seemed that way. Sadly, our neighbour was audibly upset and sobbed...

「When we arrived the owners came to great us. Very friendly, explained everything very well. Room was perfect with a lovely view. Bed comfortable, breakfast was amazing and great selection. Loved the fan on the wall. Only bad thing i would say is upgrade the pillows, uncomfortable, even with 2. Room was hot even with the fan on the wall. 」
