"Beautiful resort with amazing amenities! My kids absolutely loved the water park and the beaches. Overall, the resort was clean, beautiful, and we had an enjoyable stay. I would have given 5 stars, but I truly feel the resort needs to invest more in customer service. Unfortunately, many of our interactions with staff were disappointing, as several employees came across as rude or condescending. There were only a few occasions when staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. For a resort of this quality, I expected a much higher level of hospitality and customer service. With some improvement in this area, this resort could be an exceptional experience. Despite that, we still had a nice time and enjoyed the beautiful property and amenities."

"People are friendly and Location is great if you have business in the port, visiting or joining a ship. Rooms are clean, aircon works well and comfortable overall. Now the noise ..... I was next to the pool so the first night rained and it felt like the rain was inside my room. That combined with a Frog from hell that sang ALL NIGHT. So beds are great and great hotel if you sleep during the day. Will also appreciate better mosquito protection on the windows."
