「Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. 」

「Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was infested with huge cockroaches, ants, and other insects. We even found bugs on the bed, which made it impossible to feel comfortable or safe. We reported the issue to the staff, but they were unable to solve the problem or provide a satisfactory solution. The overall service was very poor. It felt like everyone was trying to get more money from guests, while very little effort was made to provide good customer service. The staff...
