“Position in St Annes was excellent. The apartment needed storage for clothes, and more shelving in bathroom to store personal items.”

“The property was very tired, nothing like the photos on the listing, Definately not a 9 star. Shower leaked, the bed was horrible, a park bench would have been more comfortable. The pillows were also uncomfortable. Sheets were rough and clearly had been laundered a lot. Photos were clearly staged, no pretty pillows or towels or flowers. Just a plain room. No parking voucher given, so they promised to reimburse us on our parking... called & emailed 4 times, and still waiting on credit. Staff acts clueless and gives no reassurance that things will be taken care of.……

“Great accommodation a short walk from the train station and town centre in Preston. It had a homely feel and felt private, with a good level of cleanliness. It was easy to contact the host, who clearly cared about us having a good stay. Would return!”

“Der Fernseher funktionierte leider nicht (vermutlich waren die Batterien der Fernbedienung leer). Ansonsten war die Unterkunft wirklich sehr gut!”

“職員服務態度好，房間冷氣不夠，沖涼水壓不足去水淤塞，茶杯有污跡。”
