I chose this cabin for it's location to the fun part of Ruidoso. It tuned out to be so much better than I expected. It's in walking distance to all the popular shopping, pubs and restaurants. The cabin is clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We would and probably will rent again.

The cabin itself was in good condition and very neat. I met with Angie to get the paperwork and keys. She was very helpful and gave me some good tips for breakfast and accessing the river.

I can't imagine a more perfect cabin for my wife and I. Small with all the comforts of home without the 100 degree temps. This was the 4th time staying in this cabin and we will return! Every time we have stayed we have met the staff upon check-in. They have always been very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home.

Wanted to rescind former comments about TV not working (no signal) as was told during check out if I had called on it they would have sent someone right over. Also DVD player not working. Come to find out it was the fault of my DVD and not the player. Check out was fast and easy and my deposit return was timely. Highly recommend this cabin. Everyone wants to go back, especially the kids. So accommodating and easy to work with.
