The main level (which is elderly-friendly because of the main floor entry with only one step from the level driveway) has 2 bedrooms and full bath, kitchen, dining area and living room. Description of main floor:
Bedroom #2 has a California King-size bed.
Bedroom #3 has a Queen bed.
The full Bathroom #2 has Jacuzzi bathtub #2 and dual shower heads.
The entire main floor has new, genuine Hickory hardwood floors with brand-new furniture and Knotty Alder wood cabinets in the kitchen which is fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishware, spices, and a basic pantry.
The living room has a wood-burning brick fireplace.
Bask in cheery sunshine and beautiful sunsets through the huge windows with views through the trees. It feels like you're in a treehouse!

From the main floor, downstairs is Bedroom #4 with a double bed, and Bathroom #3, a half bath, and a game room with bunk beds (a queen bed on bottom and a twin on top.

Enjoy the outdoors and BBQ on the 400-square-foot deck with Adirondack lounge chairs as well as eating/game table and chairs.

This home is super easy to get to, even during the snow season, with no long, narrow, steep, dangerous roads to travel. It is only several homes away from Highway 18, and is normally one of the first streets plowed after snowfall.

Let the family sleep in and walk 1 minute to LuluBelle's Coffee House and Bakery and bring back amazing coffee, bakery items and breakfast sandwiches! The cafe also has an EV charger.
