「room is nice but there were few dead bugs on the floor when we checked in the hotel. The phone wasn't working so I have to go to the counter to ask for support. After the support came the phone still not working so we have to use our cellular phone to call hotel for all the hotels related questions and support. I wonder what if the customer doesn't have the option to make local calls then they will need to visit front desk each time when they have a question.」

「以為所有的雪場飯店都不用抱著太大的期望，但是留壽都的雪場飯店讓我感到滿意，可以輕鬆的用英文溝通，對於任何疑問都可以得到答覆，房間乾淨舒適，以為三人房是兩人房加上彈簧床，殊不知是三張單人床，光是這點就覺得很滿意，飯店租客皆有置物櫃可以放置雪板，但是三人放板子就滿了雪鞋等裝備應該還是要拿回房間置放」

「Our group of 13 had a fabulous time at Cloud 9. Our host, Young, was so generous and very accommodating to all our requests. The house is large, warm and very comfortable (our bed was amazing!), each room has an en-suite, and the kitchen and laundry very well-equipped. Location for us was great - short walk from the lifts, convenience stores and a variety of restaurants, and plenty of space around the house for the kids to play in the snow. Young has some toboggans to use too. We loved our stay...
