The staff are both friendly and helpful—5 stars for them! The property itself needs work; for one, they need new windows. The ones they have push out at the bottom about 4 inches, which isn't helpful for air circulation. We were there during the heatwave and it was...

「Large free car park, from the outside the hotel looks somewhat dated, like a 70s school block. However inside it’s very nine, quite spacious and a nice bar restaurant (Liffey Bar) with a lunch carvery, bar menu, daily specials. Portions were huge and the food was lovely, we had lunch and dinner here twice and couldn’t fault it. Service was very good, plenty of staff and all genuinely friendly. 「Only suggestions for improving the Hotel experience is as follows. 1. Move smokers location further away from front door. 2. More staff to handle breakfast during peak periods as supplies run low due to demand. Good experience otherwise.」

We had an issue with vouchers that were purchased for us as a gift. One staff at the golf course was somewhat...aloft...ok, curt but rest of staff and hotel staff were great. I do feel were somewhat shorted on the vouchers and left a sour taste.」
