1. The bar on the top floor is said to be open in response to the weather, but it doesn't rain and it doesn't open (see if other restaurants nearby are open on the top floor) 2. There is a spider in the slippers in the room. 3. The room type looks like it is for inconvenient...

「It’s as good as a quiet dormitory for me, I Like its aircon that make little noise, and good size bath tub as well. My room assignment finally sees improvement in this third stay of 10 nights. For improvement: 1. House keeping and amenity replacement only every 3 days is unlikable. 2. Stuff’s English speaking ability is a problem, I was to find my reply from a translation divice. 3. No bellman service nor help with luggages in and out of front door and hallway to street renders a poor...

「Highly recommend Kabin group of hotels! This is my 2nd stay at this group. Kabin Taka has clean large rooms in a quiet safe neighbourhood (for females) just off main shopping area Shijo Dori. It’s only 5-8 walk to bus and train connections. Staff all speak English. It has a luggage storage area which was convenient. I intend to stay at their hotels in other cities in Japan in my next trips.」
