“I paid enough that I thought we were splurging on a room. However, the room was advertised to accommodate 5, but clean bedding was not available for the pullout bed. When asked for sheets we received a mattress pad and a small robe. On the 2d attempt we got a fitted sheet, a blanket and an explanation that the washing machine was broken. Plus, we were not informed upon check-in that Expedia doesn't collect the resort fees so that was an added charge at check-out. We won't return.”

“連住3晚(分開訂單),CHECK IN 時旅館說只收到2晚訂單,確認了很久才搞定! WIFI 連線很不穩定, 很慢, 房價都一樣,但靠泳池邊的房間顯然比其他房間來得好, 視野也差很多, 早餐供應時間只到9AM. 有點太早結束, 泳池及SPA池開到00:00AM.還不錯! 房間地板的地毯清潔有待加強, 不斷發現前房客掉落的巧克力碎片!”

“Bottom line -- Parker Palm Springs is a boutique resort with many attractive aspects -- room quality/comfort, restaurant quality, lovely grounds, and very pleasant staff. However for $2k/night, it falls way short. “Nice room and grounds but my room was noisy right next to lobby and with loud machine noise at night. Room not cleaned throughout stay”

“Room was clean and spacious. The daily service of the room was excellent. Kitchenette was nicely appointed and the bathroom had two sinks! Water pressure in the shower was strong. And the area around the small pool was relaxing and although old was nicely kept up”
