"Our stay was unfortunately one of the most challenging experiences we have encountered. We had numerous issues concerning cleanliness, staff conduct, and safety. If your budget allows, I would respectfully suggest considering alternative accommodations."

"Got the worst room in the resort - booked through Expedia. 15 minute walk to lobby and view of the parking lot! "

"Way overpriced for the state of this property. Cheap coffee in the room, not replenished daily. shower not really working. Restaurant terrible. If you like motel 6 this is a place for you"

"Room was spacious and well equipped with everything you need. We played pickleball and went to one of the pools. It was conveniently located to restaurants and only a short drive to Indian Wells where we were attending the tennis tournament. We would definitely stay here again!"

"This property is not a real Westin property. It has few amenities. Food not available until 11am. Not the place to stay if you are looking for the conveniences of a hotel. It’s next door to another Westin however we were told it had not associated. Confusing. The rooms are very worn down. Furniture is worn, shower caulk is old. Same price as next door. Would not recommend and also find the listing confusing with another Weston property right next door. "
