"Great stay"

"This should not be referred to as a resort. IT IS NOT A RESORT. No Valet. No Doorman. No bell service. No Gift shop. No concierge. Broken elevator. Booked specifically to have a restaurant. Had 45-50 minutes for breakfast last Sunday, sat there for a half hour and no one looked at me. I had to ask the table next to me how does one get table service? I even called the front desk and asked them to send a waiter to my table and NOTHING. It was busy because of BNP Paribas - but they have that event every year SO STAFF FOR IT! That’s why the prices go up exponentially is because everyone comes in to town for this tennis tournament. I Ended up having to quickly check out and find somewhere to have breakfast so I could leave for the tournament. Very disappointing. I left feeling ripped off."

"No mirror except in the bathroom. Coffee only available in limited hours thru Starbucks. Water only for limited hours. Limited drawer space. No texting when room available "

"Staff was extremely friendly. Parking lot was spacious and they had multiple entries to the building. "

"Room was spacious and well equipped with everything you need. We played pickleball and went to one of the pools. It was conveniently located to restaurants and only a short drive to Indian Wells where we were attending the tennis tournament. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Overall very good resort to stay for the tennis tournament. Room spacious and comfortable. Easy parking. Good housekeeping service. Very busy in the mornings so breakfast super busy. Would be nice if AC wasn’t limited to 68 degrees or above for us cold sleepers. There was an unpleasant smell coming from toilet each morning for a while. "

"Reserved a room for 3 adults. On arrival, double bed was made, but no accommodation for the sofa bed. No sheets, no blankets, no pillows. Took some time for these items to arrive. Some items were forgotten and we had to request them again. I didn't expect to need to pull out the sofa bed, in addition to making it up. Wasn't great service!"
