Great getaway in Roseville

We were in Roseville for three days for a basketball tournament. This rental home provided a perfect escape. Small, but functional, clean and modern. The outdoor space is Beautiful. Comfortable outdoor seating, pool, toys, and a shared outdoor living space that was quite nice including a covered dining area.

Excellent place, clean and beautiful outdoor space

This place looked newly remodeled. King size bed is nice to have (mattress is firm so beware if you like a soft bed). The only thing we needed was a space heater in the living space, the bathroom was very cold so I recommend bringing slippers and a robe. The only heat is in the bedrooms but the space is small enough that you can get some of it in the open space. But again a space heater would have been good.

Just what we needed!

Great place and great host! Craig was very responsive to our requests and questions. We got to visit the area during the day and coming back to use the pool was so rewarding. It was the perfect temperature during the hot Roseville evenings. My husband had to work from the home a couple of the days we were there and the wi-fi allowed him to do everything he needed. The house had 2 mini-split units, one in each bedroom, which was perfect for cooling down during the day. All in all, it exceeded our expectations and we would definitely consider staying again during future trips.

Love the place, super easy access to property and great communication with Craig owner. Property was really well done.
