"What I will always remember about this very nice hotel, is that I drop my wallet on my way out of the hotel, in the street. Two hours later when I came back, one of the evening staff asked me if it was mine, and after proving it, he returned it intact. Berlin was our first stop for a one month trip. Loosing my wallet would have ruined it. He saved our trip, and the hotel was very nice."

"It’s a hostel. Everything is basic but fine. They strip the beds everyday which means keeping the bed you booked day to day is difficult since I often found a stranger in my numbered bed"

"Modern hotel, with a large clean room. Looking out on the river (across the road, with a long section of the old Wall in-between), once you are a few floors up. Excellent selection of breakfast, though it does get very busy at peak times (as the hotel warns about). Large selection of restaurants just around the corner, in a plaza that also has a cinema, bowling and two live events venues (Uber Arena and Uber Eats Music Hall) <10mins walk to Berlin Ost (East) train station Recommend"

"Clean room & lovely staff , easy access to local open air market , local shops , restaurants & bars...."

"Kitchen had everything we needed, including washing up supplies, oil, salt, sugar and a bean-to-cup coffee machine with beans. The bedrooms were spacious, with plenty of storage and the bathroom was stocked with hair/shower gel and had a washing machine. One improvement would be - we booked the apartment for 4, and there were only 3 bath towels, but our younger son used a small towel instead, so wasn't the end of the world. The location was perfect - lovely, more local area, not full of tourists, but with plenty of transport around, a supermarket within 5 minutes walk and lots of bars, restaurants and coffee shops. "
