“Pretty dumb that I cannot lock the door which make the room non-private. Locker is very small that some people including me cannot lock our large luggage yet door of accomdation area stopped working one night, kind of unacceptable. I would say there is no sound insulation at all. Room temperature is very high and I have to take cold bath every night so that I can finally sleep. Location and staff are great.”
