"Room and facilties were very clean. Staff was very friendly and professional. Breakfast was spectacular. I highly recommend the on-site onsen and complimentary massage chairs for relaxation. After walking 10,000 plus steps per day, it really helped soothe my tired feet and entire body. This hotel is about a 10 minute walk from Kyoto Station."

"The location was great. It’s just a short walk from Sanjo Station, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. All of the staff were helpful. I stayed in a basement room with a small garden view, which made the room feel really peaceful and relaxing. There’s also an onsen in the basement, so it was nice to soak in the bath after walking around all day in the heat. I also liked being able to grab drinks from the vending machines and then head back to my room to relax. The only downside was that one of the beds squeaked whenever I moved (the other bed was perfectly fine). I wish I’d asked the staff to replace it, because it woke me up a few times during the night."

"This hotel is located in the main Kyoto transit station which makes it super convenient! Not only is the location ideal, the hotel itself is very upscale and offers a lot of great amenities. We didn't get a chance to use it, but they even have a pool onsite. Note that children can't use the pool though, which was the main reason we didn't use it. The staff is readily available to answer questions and were very kind throughout our interactions. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Room was great for me and my two kids. Great location. Easy to walk to most places and only a block or two from the subway. My worst complaint about the property was that the shower wasn’t that great. Clean tub but shower ck and under. My daughter however really Staff were always helpful when I had inquires. The spa experience was very unique and wished I had more time to enjoy it. Would recommend to others to take time to enjoy it. I"
