The resort was beautiful and very clean. Our room was spotless when we arrived and was kept in great condition throughout our stay. We spent most of our days relaxing in the pools, enjoying the swim-up bars, and soaking up the sun. The drinks were consistently good, and the bartenders were friendly and quick.
We ate at Captain’s Market more than anywhere else during our trip. The buffet offered a wide variety of food at every meal, and we never had trouble finding something we enjoyed. Whether it was breakfast before heading to the pool or dinner after a long day, it was always a reliable option.
One of the highlights of our honeymoon was the snorkeling excursion. The water was crystal clear, and getting to see the marine life made for a memorable experience.
Another unexpected highlight was the adorable kittens that wandered around the resort. They were friendly, well cared for, and added a unique charm to the property that we looked forward to seeing every day.
The only reason I can’t give Ocean Eden Bay a full 5 stars is because the room service wasn’t very good. Orders took longer than expected, and the quality wasn’t on par with the rest of the food we had throughout the resort. Thankfully, since we spent most of our time enjoying the restaurants and buffet, it didn’t have a major impact on our trip.
