"Overall the property is great. We booked two story villas that are higher up the hill and have in room laundry. Everything was great but the French side of the island kept losing water. These units do not have tanks so it was unfortunate and after 3 days they were ablt to move us to another unit with water storage so we had water for the rest of the stay even though the island water remained unreliable. Communication during this was very good. Delphine was very supportive. Aside from the water issues, both rooms were very clean and well maintained with full kitchens and dohes/glassware etc. Both rooms had great views fo the bay Hotel has a restaurant available for lunch and breakfast, it was great. They also have a market, a barkery and a couple restaurants a short walk away. Only other thing to be careful with is the mattresses. Our first room 407 had a great mattress, but the second room (301) was a rather firm, I know some like that. I would recommend and we will try and return on our next trip to Sint Maarten "

"We stayed at Pomme Cannelle for 9 days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome and were shown to our suite, which set the tone for a very relaxing visit. We booked the largest suite, and it was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. Everything looked and felt very new, and the entire property was exceptionally well maintained. The pool was immaculate, and the grounds were beautifully landscaped with lush vegetation. The property is fully fenced, which gave it a very private and peaceful feel. The kitchenette was very useful and we made use of it every day. The staff were friendly, attentive, and happy to share recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and activities nearby. It is obvious that the owners care deeply about the property and take great pride in maintaining it. The location is excellent, close to restaurants and Orient Beach, which made it easy to explore the area. We also appreciated the daily housekeeping, as well as the beach towels and beach bag provided for guests. The only minor drawback is that there is one parking space per suite, but the spaces are on the narrow side. Fine for a small or medium-sized vehicle like we had, but potentially tight for a larger SUV or truck. One especially thoughtful touch was the surprise delivery of delicious croissants from Bisou Sucré in the middle of our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return. Highly recommended."

"The staff was gracious and friendly...always polite and quick help. The restaurant had a great tropical and private vibe, with views of the beach. The food was very good, very fresh and well presented. Staff on the beach were equally as attentive, with standard lounge seating complimentary. Be sure to make a reservation though! Multiple restaurants within walking distance with high quality food and drinks. Scattered shops and a small convenience store. The hotel had a secluded feel despite being immediately adjacent to other buildings. The rooms were quiet inside and this helped as a popular restaurant /bar is just a few minutes nearby on the beach. The rooms had views of the beach, were exactly as pictured. Highly recommend staying here, I would definitely stay here again! "

"Great location loved the hotel room spotless clean, use of the beach a block away five beachfront properties we got free chair and umbrellas. Hotel had restaurants and you could also walk a short distance for other options. I definitely would book this hotel again. Staff were all so friendly as well. Buffet breakfast was good and we also had dinner at hotel which was good as well. "
