“The cleaning staff, Sharon, was very nice and helpful and showed up to let us into the property even though the owner had told her the wrong date. The owner was very rude when I called to ask questions about the property prior to our arrival and the property is more run down than pictures depict. There was a horrible sulfar smell from the seaweed on that side of the island and the beach was not usable, also due to the seaweed. One thing that was a bit shocking at first was no AC downstairs which is understandable with the pool and doors being open; we quickly adapted to that once we were there for a minute but would have liked to know that going into it.
