“清潔度很棒，早餐還算不錯”

“I checked in on October 16, 2025. Around 10 a.m., a female staff member wearing glasses was on duty. I told her that I was feeling very unwell, and she quickly offered help. I don’t know her name, but her service was excellent. I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I have the chance. I’m very grateful for her assistance!”

“地點離尼斯車站步行可到，旅館附近採購物品也很我方便，客房空間大，早餐也不錯。”

“The service was very good and the staffs were very nice. It was so good that we could use the rooftop pool and jacuzzi of Splendid Hotel just near by. However, seems there was no air-conditioner although I am not sure if it was due to we didn't know how to operate it or not. The big problem was located in bathroom. We have big expectations to take a bath in such a big and beautiful bathroom. However, seems the bathtub stopper was damaged so all the water was flow away. We could only take……

“Excellent view Excellent location Nice staff for check in ”

“Overall, the hardware and facilities of the hotel are satisfactory and met my expectations. However, I encountered a couple of service issues that I believe are worth noting. Firstly, during check-in, the amount quoted by the staff was €300 higher than my confirmed booking rate. It was only after I presented my booking receipt that the correct price was applied. It is disappointing to have to manage such billing discrepancies personally. Secondly, the service at the front desk was inconsistent.……

“This is one of the closest hotel next to the train station. Good for if you have trips around south of France and Nice is your base. The toilet is very new. My assigned room has a red interior, I’m neutral to this style. Overall the hotel is clean and quite new. Air con is very good!!”

“Our stay at Nice Hotel Côte d’Azur was absolutely perfect. To our pleasant surprise, the bathroom featured both a bathtub and a shower base. The only minor issue was that the shower gel dispenser by the shower base was empty—but we simply used the one by the bathtub instead, so it wasn’t a problem. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel’s location is excellent—right next to the Nice-Ville train station, making it easy to walk to Avenue Jean Médecin and the Promenade……

“The front desk staff were all very helpful! The room was cleaned every day. I love how they provided cold water flavoured with lemon/ cucumber at the lobby - it was so refreshing after a long day out in summer! The only downside was the shower - it's too small, and there wasn't a rack for placing our toiletries :(”

“The room and decor are a bit old and not as impressive as the photos on website shown”

“網速超慢。但地點近海灘，只宜短宿”

“Friendly staff, cozy room”
